This elegant and extraordinarily beautiful Almohad piece is exceptionally well preserved.

Its is bowl shaped merging into a very wide brim. It is made of pink clay, glazed white inside, with two concentric green lines at the rim. In the centre the word “Baraka”, or blessing appears, in “Nashi” italic script.

This piece is part of the find made in the Cave of Amagatalls or Son Bordils, in the Manacor municipality. It was found alongside with other pieces of pottery (some of them equally exceptional), as well as farming and craft tools, ornaments, some glass pieces, a bell and a key.
