This image was used to announce the festivities and takes a non-religious motif as its subject.

This lithographic poster was based on a design by the painter José Carazo announcing the “Royal Festivities of the Holy Corpus Christi and Royal Fair of Granada”. A woman wearing Arab dress is leaning on the parapet of a viewing point overlooking the Alhambra. The whole scene is full of oriental elements: the woman's dress, the architecture and its decorations, the ornate fountain, etc. The production of festive posters underwent a significant boom, which was underpinned by the development of lithography and lithographic workshops.
