The Ministry of Culture and Sport informs you that the access and use of the web page www.spainisculture.com  and all the subdomains and directories included under it (hereinafter jointly designated the Portal), as well as the services and contents which can be obtained through it, are subject to the terms contained in this Legal Notice.
The Ministry of Culture and Sport reserves the right to make changes in the Portal without prior notice, in order to update, correct, modify, add or eliminate any contents of the Portal or its design. The contents and services offered by the Portal are updated periodically. Due to the fact that the information is not updated immediately, we suggest that you always verify the validity and accuracy of any information, services and contents contained in the Portal.

The Ministry of Culture and Sport, as well as the public institutions and the collaborating bodies, have exclusive rights to the production, distribution, public communication, including the interactive communication through networks, and the transformation, in any media, of all the elements integrating the Portal, including its design and its source codes, logos, trademarks and any other distinctive signs appearing on the Portal. The access, navigation and use of this website by the user in no case implies the surrender, transfer, licence or total or partial cession of the aforementioned rights by the Ministry of Culture and Sport or by the public institutions and collaborating bodies.
According to the Consolidated Law of Intellectual Property, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April, the reproduction, modification, reutilisation, exploitation, public communication or distribution in any way of the total or partial contents on the website for public or commercial purposes is prohibited without express written authorisation from the Ministry of Culture and Sport, the public institutions and collaborating bodies, and as the case may be, the corresponding holder of the rights.

The Ministry of Culture and Sport, as well as the public institutions and collaborating bodies, may themselves exploit or authorise third parties to use any or all of the creative elements on the Portal.

The intellectual and industrial property rights of the third parties appearing on this Portal must be respected, and the corresponding authorisation for use must be requested. In the case of any doubt, error or need for rectification, please contact the Ministry of Culture and Sport.

The organisations mentioned shall in no case be held responsible for any damages or harm of any nature which may be caused by:
- the non-availability, maintenance and operation of the Portal or of its services or contents;
- the lack of usefulness, suitability or validity of the Portal or its services or contents in satisfying the needs, activities or specific results or expectations of the users;
- the existence of viruses in the contents;
- any use of the contents by the users, and particularly any illicit, negligent, fraudulent uses, or any uses which contravene these present general conditions, good faith, generally-accepted uses and public order;
- the unlawfulness, lack of quality, reliability, usefulness and availability of the services provided by third parties and made available or announced on the Portal.

The Spanish legislation shall be applied in the case of any dispute or conflict arising from the interpretation of the terms of this Legal Notice, as well as in any issue relating to the services of this present Portal.
