The collection at the Zamora Diocesan Museum holds more than 130 items including sculptures, paintings, precious metalwork, furniture, and metal and stone items, dating from the 1st to the 19th century.

Installed in the Church of Santo Tomé building, it includes religious works that cover the different art styles: Spanish-Roman, Visigothic, Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque, amongst others. The collections at the Zamora Diocesan Museum also feature prestigious artists such as sculptors Gregorio Fernández and Pedro de Mena; painters Alonso del Arco and Diego Díez Ferreras; and silversmiths Manuel Flores and Andrés Gil.
