This is a complex of offices and companies related to the world of technology, standing in perfect harmony with the surrounding natural landscape on the outskirts of Logroño, beside the Ebro River.
It comprises a single large low-lying building made of steel which plays with the identification between nature (in this case a vineyard) and technology. Zaera designed this complex to combine the individual personality of each of the three institutions it contains by means of the shared use of various services (security, cleaning, maintenance) in order to reduce costs.
The workspaces, offices, classrooms and other functional spaces are arranged either side of a long passage which connects all the spaces in the complex. The public spaces are open to the exterior gardens located in the grounds of the complex, while the function rooms give onto the trees (the elms along the Camino de los Lirios) bordering the Ebro river.
