This 16th-century building was first owned by the Prieto family and later by the Cutre family. The façade of perfectly-squared high-quality ashlar masonry has a lower level and three floors separated by broached lines. The ground floor has a semicircular arch with large voussoirs to one side. It is currently the site of the Ribadesella Town Hall.
