The educational programme from the National Prado Museum, promoting the participation of all groups or social entities linked to diversity, is offering various accessible activities this season.
The museum is keeping up the activities it has created to promote the participation of society and the most vulnerable groups of people. In this regard, the project “Prado inclusive” is offering various accessible activities, with very flexible participation alternatives.
I love you in paintings: portraits with emotion: Recommended for groups of people over the age of 65 or with cognitive impairment.
Sui generis. Art, advertising and stereotypes: Recommended for occupational centres, special schools and psychosocial rehabilitation centres.
The flavours of the Prado: Recommended for groups of people with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and groups of migrants or refugees.
Invincibles at the Prado: Recommended for groups of people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injury and other groups of vulnerable people.
Activities in hospital centres: Activities and workshops recommended for groups of people who are in hospital: Sensational paintings, for children in general and hospital classrooms in special education centres; With verse and colour, for teenagers or adults in special psychiatric units.
The activity consists of two sessions. The sessions are for groups of 15 people and can take place in the museum, in the installations of a participating centre, online via teleconference or autonomously with prior consultation. Registration for the activities can be carried out from 14 September.
