The representation of The Passion is one of Huesca's oldest Easter traditions.

It has been held in the Salesiano Theatre in the city of Huesca since 1947. Each year, more than 150 people take to the stage to depict the passion of Christ during Easter Saturday and Sunday, and the two preceding weekends. The religious drama lasts around three and a half hours, divided into three acts, representing the most important passages from the Gospels.
