" Writer and illustrator of children’s stories. She is the creator of “The Triplets”."

She was born in Barcelona in 1939. She started drawing at an early age. She studied Fine Arts at the Escuela Massana in Barcelona. She devoted herself for a time to giving painting and drawing classes to children. From a technical standpoint, she worked primarily in printing on canvas, oil painting and watercolour. Without forgetting the works for young people and adults, she has devoted herself since 1980 mainly to writing and illustrating books for young children. In 1983 she created the characters of “The Triplets” using her own children as a reference. In collaboration with the production company Cromosoma, she turned them into a cartoon series in 1994. The series is made up of more than 100 chapters that can be seen in more than 150 countries and in 38 different languages.
