Born in Elda, Alicante in 1980, he is from a tailoring family that goes back over four generations. He studied art at the University of Barcelona and specialised in fashion at the Felicidad Duce Higher School. He was awarded the ModaFad prize before finishing his course, which gave him the chance to take part in events such as Bread&Butter, Pasarela Barcelona, Gaudí Novias and Ego Cibeles. He turned professional in 2009 and, after three years, began to sell overseas, with concessions in countries including Italy, Russia and Canada.
