She was born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 1968. She is well known mainly because of her work as a jewellery designer. Her creations are based on silver and combined with fine wood, precious stones, Murano glass, porcelain, etc.

Her designs are easily recognisable at first sight and are characterised by having pure lines and simple shapes, and by being comfortable. She is famous worldwide and her jewels can be found in exclusive shops in large cities all over the world. She also works together with museums such as the Guggenheim in Bilbao and the Thyssen-Bornemisza, with exclusive jewel designs. She also has original collections of household objects.
